Oh I am so sorry to hear that. I hope the baby makes a fantastic and quick recovery and that you and your wife get some time to yourselves soon! Stress. Why it be?

Baking relaxes me. When I've had a long day I like to spend the evening baking. Yoga is something that I have to schedule to be able to do and I feel like that is my ultimate form of relaxation at this time.
I'm afraid of yoga. LOL Every time I move a shoulder, hip, knee or elbow pops and I'm like ugh, no way I could make it through a whole hour of stretching and bending. But, I think it's really cool that it's something you are into!

Really? You know it's just air moving around right? x) means your joints are stiff if they pop. It kinda skeeves me out too though... but mostly just in my hands ._. finger popping and neck popping is nope.

My way of relaxing is usually just laying back and watching some tv. I usually relax in the evening after a long day of classes and school work.

I always make sure to get a piece of work done before I relax. Always feels better that way!

I relax most in private spaces. Baking or art is really soothing.

With 3 kids, 2 cats, an awesome husband, a sick dad to help care for, things can get kinda crazy around here... I make sure to take time out where it's quiet every day to relax and meditate on how lucky I am to have this crazy life. Preferably in a warm bath.

I love to cuddle up with my boyfriend and watch a TV show together.

Aw! I miss taking baths. The tub we have is shaped weird and I just find myself unable to get comfortable enough to relax. It seems like the back of the tub is higher so when I lay back my neck is super uncomfortable.

I don't really care to much for relaxing I Love to work, but when I do I normally just sit at the house and drink.

When I need to relax I usually play video games. They provide a great escape from the real world. I usually only play them on weekends late at night after the kids are in bed, though. That's usually enough for me.
