Glad I could make it to some of the festivities!
The Hellraiser movies are so much fun. A lot of people I know haven't seen many of the sequels. Deader and Inferno are both great. (I was disappointed in the last two Hellworld and Revelations)

Here's something freaky I just stumbled on:

A skeleton was found in the roots of an upturned tree after Hurricane Sandy. Can you see the teeth?

Hellraiser? That's Pinhead, right? I think I only saw the first. Or am I confusing that with Pumpkinhead?

There is a legend about that movie being cursed, many disasters are associated with it.

There are a few like that. I love those stories. I think that's why I like Rose Red so much.

When I saw the re-released uncut version of the Exorcist (I think it was called the version you've ever seen), I really enjoyed it a lot more. The theatrical release cut out so much of the really creepy stuff.

And these are my favorite Halloween/Horror movies. I’m a sucker for good one-liners and all of these have plenty; the Legend of Hell House was the first horror novel I read. Do you remember the first horror novel you read?

I still have to see that one. I totally dismissed it, but last week I went to this private theater screening of Return of the Living Dead (of the new blu-ray) and I saw the trailer for the mist. It looks good.

Hellraiser = Pinhead cenobytes. Pumpkinhead is from Pumpkinhead. And what is the horror connection between these two film franchises?

Lance Henrickson! (he starred in Hellraiser Hellworld & the first Pumpkinhead)

Who loves Millennium?
