Hey, I just joined the Eden Fantasy community 2 months and am still learning my way around. My Eden points program says I'm still in the trial period despite my account being opened over 15 days. I also joined the Eden Tasks program and published a couple reviews but didn't receive the points and I'm unsure where I should contact someone for help. Any advice is appreciated thanks.
Having trouble with eden points and eden tasks.

And I want to pay your attention that points are awarded only for the reviews on purchased products. Reviews made as free assignments don't get any points
