Good question! First of all, tags serve for an additional description of a product at the review, brief and to the point. Likewise, these tags are displayed on the product page. And also you can sort reviews at your profile by a certain tag.

There are 2 ways to sort reviews at the contributor profile.
First, you can do it at the Reviews and Articles tab by products type(female sex toys reviews, male sex toys reviews, etc.) on the left of the screen.

Second, you can sort your reviews by tags you specified when wrote the review.

Thanks for the reply, but my question is, do we just add stuff like #Solo_Play to the review itself, or what?

You can select appropriate checkboxes when writing your review at the review template, or enter your own tags in the appropriate field. You don't need to use a hash.
