Eden has become my to-go place for sex toys, especially since I started accumulating points here. But I'm slightly bummed out that they don't carry some brand name stuff I would like to try, but aren't available here. (Iroha, Lelo Siri, etc). As for as stock goes, PinkCherry has them beat and LoveHoney often carries things I see blogged about more often. (It looks like the We Vibe touch here is the third version, while LH carries the latest one).

It's not enough to make me stop shopping here, and I do think the prices are fair for what you get (PC's website is just confusing and the amount of stuff they have borders on overwhelming because they don't have any filtering system). I just wish some of the more popular stuff could be found here.

The other thing is the rate the stock changes. Often times I'll come back a month later and I'll see the exact same stuff on sale and very few new items. I'm sure they work fine and there's a business reason why they can't introduce new items all the time, but it does get a bit dull shopping here sometimes.

What do you guys think? This is just my two cents, but basically I'd like to see more popular luxury items and a faster stock change.

We agree with you. Many high end toys are avail elsewhere and even that giant online mail site. Also wish more lingerie selection. We understand it's hard to stock a lot of lingerie inventory though.

Well the thing is there's only so much warehouse space and Eden needs to unload a lot of old stock (as they are obviously trying with clearance sales below what they most likely paid.
Second Lovehoney has a UK and AUSTRALIA branch meaning spending less on exorbitant shipping rates etc.
Third PinkCherry is known for very shady business practices which is why they can sell so low. Basically they undersell what all the other retailers have agreed as the lowest price for certain items this makes stock fly out the door faster but doesn't make any friends in the business world but they also don't carry certain brands like fun factory.
The we-vibe touch only has 2 generations - it's only the We-vibe itself that is on 4plus and the 2 continues to be for sale because the charging system is entirely different making the toy cheaper and therefore fit more budgets - the most recent may just be out of stock
It's hard to sell a lot of lingerie when sites that specialize in it can sell so much cheaper
I'm not sure if you realize how close Eden came to shutting down. A couple of years ago it was the number one site on the web with an absolutely amazing review program. The staff was incredible and most of them were let go all at once. Give Eden a chance to recover - keep adding your wishes for stock to the 'I would like to see Eden carry' thread and use the discount coupon sales instead of the sales for certain items.
On that note - even though Eden no longer send review items shipping free to canada I really should be here more!

I agree, recently i've felt that Eden is being outpaced by other stores like LoveHoney. Since i'm in the US, Eden is my preferred site. But Amazon, Hustler Hollywood, and a few others are really drawing my attention away from here.

I think that more luxury toys would be nice, but a greater variety would also be helpful.
