I just saw this news posted on Twitter today: link
and according to this Liberator and EF are merging.

"ATLANTA — WES Consulting, the owner of Liberator.com and the Liberator brand, a leading provider of sexual health and wellness products, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Web Merchants, the owner of the popular EdenFantasys.com website. "

Is this true EF?
If so what changes can we expert? Does this mean we can finally stop bugging you about stocking more Liberator gear in the EF should carry threads?

Yes, yes - it's true. And no worries - IT'S A GOOD THING! We would have liked to told you ourselves but our lips were sealed until this afternoon...and well, we didn't expect to see that press release so soon

The company will still operate as Eden, we will still have this community and all of the things that make us great - that's WHY this happened, actually. We are an AWESOME company and that made us very desirable. So, I hope everyone feels flattered by that

The changes will be things like a better ability to grow the community activities and things of that nature - and the staff and all of programs will all still be here. We're growing, y'all and that is exciting! And? We're now a publicly traded company too - wow, right?!

I don't want to rain anybody's parade - but all acquiring companies promise continuity to keep important people from jumping ship too soon. But after they understand the business, they'll decide whose 'redundant' and 'right size'. Mergers/takeovers are all about reducing overhead to increase shareholder value.

I love all you guys and wish you the best of luck - but take it from someone whose been through this more than once, watch your back!

Ticker symbol WSCU, WES Consulting Inc.

It is an Over-The-Counter stock.

Google shows that it closed today at 10 cents per share. I am not a financial analyst and I had never even heard of this company, so I can't really say much about it. But from looking at their stats and ratios at Google finance, I would consider it to be a high risk, low volume, speculative stock.

But who knows, this could be a perfect marriage.
