We are very excited to announce that EdenFantasys has joined forces with Liberator! This is a big step for both companies which we see as a way of combining our expertise, resources, and talent to become a major leader in the adult market.
Eden’s strengths in online presence, its community, social marketing, and agile web platform, combined with Liberator’s manufacturing facilities, wholesale business, strong brand identity, and access to capitals through the public markets will assure our success in the future. Eden and Liberator are unique, complimentary businesses that will benefit from each other and grow exponentially from working together.
To avoid any speculation, here are the technical details of this new partnership, in a nutshell: Web Merchants (aka EdenFantasys) has become a wholly owned subsidiary of WES Consulting – a public company and the owner and operator of the Liberator brand, Jaxx, Ohh and other product lines. Louis Friedman is a major shareholder and President of WES. Fred (Eden’s founder) is the second major shareholder of WES, Executive Vice President of WES, and President of Web Merchants. Rufina (Eden’s VP) is now the Vice President of WES and Web Merchants.
According to the deal, Web Merchants will relocate its operations to Atlanta, GA – the headquarters of WES. The goal is to finish the process in March-April of this year.
Fred and Rufina are even relocating to Atlanta as this next chapter in the company story begins. It is a big change for them too! We will be handling ALL online operations for both Eden and Liberator – awesome, huh?! And your lovely toy orders will now come from sunny Georgia
This means growth and incredible potential for the Eden staff and community. Our marketing team, product specialists, the community programs, SexIs Magazine, EdenCafe, and the EdenPersonalStores will all continue and will even expand to incorporate Liberator’s online properties. Even our programming team will see expansion in the near future to accommodate Liberator’s online needs.
