We've received a lot of emails and support tickets about the Article Proofreading Program for SexIs Social. A lot of you are wondering why you haven't been accepted. We're ecstatic that so many of you are interested in making SexIs better. Unfortunately, the program is not currently accepting new editors. We'll let you know when this changes.

You can still apply if you like. I'll deny it, but getting denied doesn't delete your application. When we're looking for new editors, I'll be going through all the apps we've received, not just the recent ones. Or you can wait till we open the program again. Up to you.

Right now, as SexIs Social and article proofreading are still a little new, we're working on finding a "happy medium", so to speak, so there's no set schedule yet.

Hmm...actually, an application from December should have received a decline email already. Let me check the list of applications, and see what's going on. In the meantime, if you wouldn't mind checking your spam folder for the email, I'd appreciate it.

I didn't realize that the program was closed to everyone. When I received a form rejection today, I thought maybe I'd done something wrong. I apologize for attempting to resubmit. At least I got my email verification ironed out... Hadn't even realized that it was never verified. Perhaps it would help if there were some sort of message in the application area that says whether or not applications are being accepted?

Pretty much all the SexIs links on the forum have been taken down and replaced by more detailed guidelines in your account dashboard. link

Are applications still closed?
I submitted one in May, and it still says it is awaiting approval. I submitted a support ticket about it a few days ago and haven't had a reply.
