Once you've selected your topic, how long does it typically take you to write an article (research time included, if applicable)? Is it something you can bust out in an hour or two or do you tend to mull over the topic for days (or more) before finishing?

I have a few topics and write about the one that captures my interest at the time. It takes about 45 minutes to write a personal article and 1-2 hours to write one with research and such....I like to get my facts straight before I write. The writing comes easily to me--I just have to be in the mood and have the time to myself.
