Do most people prefer reading long or short sexis articles?

There's obviously a preference for people. But are you more likely to go through something short, since it saves time, or something long, since it probably has more information, rather than being a quick summary?

Does the type of topic alter it? Novelty versus something you might actually consider highly informative.

All of my articles are long, that is just how I do it, I put a lot of information into my articles. One of my articles hit the pop spot with just under 1500 views. However as a reader, if your article contains a lot of scientific information, I want it to be long, I want o get as much information from it as I can so that I know what I am reading has been researched, if it's mostly personal experience, I prefer it be shorter, if it matters that much to you, you should be able to express it in a firm manner, that gets strait to the point. However, that all depends on what you consider a long article. I read a thousand words per minute, so I might be a bad rating for what a long article is.

I think topic does play into it. Most of mine tend to be on the longer side I think because I'm a wordy writer. I find that if it's a good topic you're going to have more to say on it and the length is good. I personally enjoy longer articles to read as well.

I like long and short articles. Some of my favorite sexis articles have been rather long, but I have enjoyed the way the author wrote and all the information they included.

It depends on the subject and how well informed the writer is. If the topic is important or attention grabbing than I'd rather have a long article. If it isn't, or if the writer doesn't have much material for the article, I'd rather it be short.
