I submitted an article back in December and never received payment for it. I messaged the lady who helped me submit it and never got a reply from her, so I submitted a ticket. I have heard back from support one time, and then nada. That one time they told me that I did not receive payment because I was under a trial period. I have been a member for TWO YEARS! Does anyone know why someone who has been a member for that long and has a two year old account would be under a trial period?!

Side note: Nearly every time I log in, Eden asks me to verify a log in method and to verify my email. Despite the annoyance, I do this every time I log in. EVERY TIME. FOR TWO YEARS. Someone please help me?! I really want to become a regular author with SexIs, but this is a little ridiculous.
