Even though I didn't even have a Hitachi on my wishlist, my eyes popped out of my skull and I impulse bought one when I saw they were only $16.50 (That was earlier this morning). Yep, the promo did change from 21 to 3 items. As I posted on Facebook to someone else who asked about the sudden change:

I assumed that, since the promotion said it would be on until the 7th, that it would continue to apply to all the items in the promo until the 7th.
I'm sad I didn't snatch up those items while I had the chance.
