Do these sizes honestly fit anyone? How do they translate to "real" sizes like 36B, 40C, etc.? I never know how to size these things for my female counterparts.

What sizes? One size is "SML" or what? There's a size chart on the product page that will help out. I have other sets from this brand & the bras fit me perfectly fine, so it couldn't hurt to try. You can always return it, I think.

I wouldn't ever get these types of bra sets with underwires. It hard enough for me to find a good bra in normal sizing (I'm 34DDD/F). So these would never fit me.
