I'm asking because I want to hold out till December to try to take advantage of there Xmas sales. Does anyone remember what they were or should I not wait and snag up my items now?

I don't remember either but my general recommendation is that if an item you want is on sale >20% (or 30% if you don't mind doing a buyout review) you should buy it because it may go out of stock.
