Do you tend to care about the noise level if you are particular about the power level?

Yes - we have vibes that are sufficiently powerful, yet not overwhelmingly loud - so if we get one that's too loud, we toss it or send it back.

I try to find toys that aren't super loud, but if there was a loud toy that I really wanted I'd get it anyway.
