How many people feel comfortable shopping online with their debit card and it's "direct access" to your checking or savings account?

I feel pretty comfortable with the safety on EF and other big sites, but am not sure I would use it to shop at unknown online sites. How about you?

For online, phone orders and my business orders I ONLY use a reloadable card--in my name--and put just a few dollars over the amount of the purchase. That way there is no chance of my bank accounts, etc. getting corrupted.

I only use my debit card for emergency ATM withdrawls from a bank machine and my credit card is for medical or dire emergencies only!! (Such as the vet for the dogs--they like to have their fits and issues after hours, lol!!)

I use paypal solely when shopping online and the account it links to never has much over the amount I spend.

I always use my debit card. Most sites are protected, and I always check my PC for malware first.

I use my debit card. But I also have PayPal if online sites take that.
