I find the site relatively easy to navigate. The search function annoys me. After I read a forum post or something and then do a search for a product; it doesn't send me to a list of products, but to forum pages about that product. I wish the search function was more refined with options like "forum", "products" and "articles" or something like that. I have to go back to the home page in order to get a product search. I also wish How To and tutorials were in one section that was easy to find, like the material guides. Instead, I generally ask my mentor and if she cannot directly answer my question, I get sent to a link. In fact, even when I am asking an administrator, I am often given a link to what they hope will be the answer to my question. I wish these links were easier to find. I know my mentor's job is to answer my questions and she does this phenomenally, but sometimes my questions are simple and a forum search does not turn up the best results. I don't like pestering my mentor with simple questions all the time. Just a link to all of the hot to guides and tutorials and even the material links would be amazing.

I like the visual design but it could be more user friendly for sure.

Being able to use search filters after you click on a promotion (you know, so we can sort through the 200+ various results more easily) would be fantastic. It's annoying to do a normal search and make use of the filters, then click a promotion or something in a gift section and get stuck looking at each and every item's specs with no way to narrow it down quickly. If the filters for things like size/color appeared on every page that listed multiple items, that'd help a lot to reduce click-through time.

Graphics are lovely but functionality is even better
