ok, i wondered if they had a different name. I've heard them referred to as "pixie piercings".

Actually, we female bodied types have 1-2 inches of play as well, or so they say...

Pixie piercings? Even though there's no actual piercing involved?

There's a special type of urethral sound that you can use in conjunction with a PA. This toy/jewelry is held in place through the PA and urethra and can actually be worn around for a while.

I'm not really interested in them for myself, but it makes sense to me how it could feel awesome if used by a male-bodied person.
