I ended up with corsets that were mislabeled as the wrong size, but everything worked out well with that.

Ya I am in the process of returning my second Zini Seed. The control pad on both of them were broken...
Since I'm Canadian, I have to return to Eden for refund and then purchase it again. It's frustrating but no biggy and Eden has been super helpful and quick to respond to all my questions!

I have only had one where I could have, it was a plastic C-ring that broke when I first tried to put it on. I know I could have but I figured that folks needed to know that the plastic would break, plus it was not really defective-just a bad design.

Our customer service was fantastic! We didn't have any issues, we just let them know what the deal was and we got a shipping label that day.

I have the heart ice cube tray with a fracture in it and Ona Pit Sucker that had a weak spot in it that tore the first time we used it....will be sending them back very soon. :/

Wow, I think in my more than a year here, I have never had to return anything. I think I asked for a return label one time when a glass toy wasn't how I expected it to be... but I wound up deciding to keep it afterall.
