I noticed this when I first started browsing the site. Granted, this is something I don't really think I'd personally have use for (I find myself on the opposite side now) but I did have a friend ask me about it.

Is there any way to know when people were last on, what times to expect them, etc.? She wanted to use it, but according to her (I'm just reporting in) she could never find anyone on it while she was browsing.

So for her question, and my personal interest, do all "experts" still regularly log on & help customers? It seems like a great idea, I just don't know how well it's currently working.

I clicked on the Expert help link today for the first time- just to see where it went. I wasn't very impressed when I noticed that everyone was offline. However, I also realized that I've come to rely on a number of the reviewers. Dame Demi was listed, Bulma is awesome, Jimbo Jones I trust as the "male" expert. I know that I've reviewed a number of cock rings and books. I know that others have taken on the role of investigating certain categories like vibrators or glass. (I personally wouldn't have a clue about bullets!)

Is there a way to take the "personalized" expertise of reviewers and expand it?

I have used it in the past for advise to purchase toys. I was happy with what they advised me to purchase. At that time their was about 9 experts and you could catch experts just about any time except very late at night. That was about a year ago when I first started with EF. A lot of those experts have since left EF.

SO... Is Eden interested in changing things? I'd volunteer- at least for awhile. In the afternoons, I'm online a lot. But, I'm honestly not sure of my expertise in a lot of areas. I know that others are better. However, I know how to follow up on a question.

I think they get paid for it? If they do however take volunteer contributors it's something I'd be interested in as well- mainly late at night 9 pm eastern to about 3 am.

I do normally try to log on regularly; however, being away from home for 2 months over the holidays has made that impossible at the moment (my parents' computer sits on their kitchen table!). If someone is offline, however, you can choose the "leave a message" option and it will send him/her an email with your question. I ALWAYS answer these emails as helpfully as I can, and welcome return email discussions to hone in on the right product. Starting at the beginning of February, I should be on again on a regular basis. Sorry for the inconvenience my being away has caused. I am here, though, and I am always willing to help via email!

I just think there are a lot of knowledgeable reviewers on here who would be more than willing to help.
