Pretty much all in title. Do you find that there are certain reviewers that will influence your decisions to buy certain items because you tend to like the same things? Or perhaps they influence you because the quality of the reviews and descriptions?

There are certain reviewers that have mentioned they like similar things I do and I watch for their reviews because I know we usually like the same products. If someone who writes good reviews and likes the same things I do recommends something, I'm way more likely to buy it than I would be just reading a good review from a reviewer I'm not as familiar with.

The first one that jumps to mind here is P'Gell---not necessarily for vibes and dildos, but for lubes, cleaners, washes, and any other scented products. I have annoyingly sensitive skin, and P'Gell is always very careful to describe what ingredients are used, what their purpose is, if they're likely to cause irritation in sensitive folk.
Then I have definitely perked up my ears at some toys because reviewers with similar taste as me (for example, Waterfall, Owl Identified, many others) mentioned liking them. Many I might not have noticed otherwise.

I'm more interested in the opinions of multiple people rather than the opinions of one - I don't pay attention to the username of the reviewer.

While I read reviews thoroughly and appreciate the effort put in, I haven't been around EF long enough to have built up knowledge of names. As such, I may or may not trust the word of one reviewer over others, but if so I haven't paid enough attention to learn their name(s) as of yet.

I actually have a few reviewers that before I buy something I look to see if they have reviewed it, and I usually highly value their opinions.
But along with all of the reviews here on EF, I read them to learn which products to buy. That is what the community is about.

I wouldn't say that I purchase things because I like one reviewer or another. I really enjoying being able to hear about peoples experiences before I take the plunge, but I there are some things which I've found people to be wrong with, and frankly, I take my own reviews/recommendation s with a grain of salt.

Well Miss Nessa always includes great pictures, which are important for me because sometimes they're very different than what is seen of the product page!

If I am interested in a product I read all the reviews available. Over time, I have come to see that certain reviewers seem to have a philosophy similar to mine, so I naturally put more faith in what they have to say. All reviews really help me form an opinion of not to buy or to buy!!!

Sometimes because they're reviews explain more about the product in depth and its usually something strange that I want to know XD

I follow a few who have similar body issues, those whom are members of the Clit O' Steel Club and whom have skin sensitivities. So, yes, I do check to see if those people have reviewed the items I am looking at to purchase.

I do tend to follow those who have the same body size I do. That way I can find things I like to wear. But...for toys I find what I want and I take all the reviews into consideration before I buy something.

Yup. I know that I can always trust Sir's reviews of BDSM items, and I know that Antipova struggles with the same allergy issues, so her reviews of scented items are the ones I trust most. ToyTimeTim takes the cake on everything involving anal toys for boys, and I always look to Kayla's reviews for issues on sizing, as her body type is similar to mine and her partner seems to be built along the same lines as mine. Sam's attitude on adult games is really similar to how I approach things, so I trust her to tell me what's worth a hit and what would fall flat.
I also read reviews off the review page whenever one of the toys catches my eye!

Not really, but I do know certain members who belong to the "clit-o-steel" club, and I watch to see if they think a toy is powerful or not. If they say it has a lot of vrooms, then I know for a fact it does!

There are some people that I trust when reading their reviews on a product I am interested in. It really helps me decide whether it's worth it or not.

If I'm eyeing a product I want to read as many reviews as possible on it but there are some reviewers whose opinions I trust because I know they'll give the good and the bad without sugarcoating.

Usually if I'm following someone, it's because I really like their reviews. If they give something a phenomenal review I am highly likely to go impulse buy it.

Heck, yes. There are a few reviewers that seem to have similar tastes in toys/shapes/power levels to me, so when they say something is epic, I perk up and start saving up!

Yes, I always love reading reviews from top rated contributors...it doesn't necessarily make me by the product right away, but it does help me make my decision.
