I added 2 items to my cart today and the price is well over $80 so I'm trying to get the Cupid Vibe as my free gift. Everything added into my cart just fine. So I left my computer to run some errands. I was going to check out and pay for my items when I got back. I came back online and my cart was empty so I added the 2 items I wanted to buy again into my cart and the free Cupid Vibe and the Cupid Vibe wont add into my cart. Every time I try it wont add in. So I said forget it I'll get the free vibrating finger bunny then. That wont add into my cart either. Is this a glitch? I don't know why it wont add into my cart. Help?

Mine does this too. If you call customer service right away after you realize its done it, they can cancel your order for you and you can re-place your order with the free gifts.
If you leave your acct idle for too long, it will usually erase any of the deals/kits/freebies from the cart. I always make sure to double check my order at every page, because this has happened to me twice now

I haven't tried to order anything, but i'm able to add them into my cart right now.

Thanks everyone! I ended up subscribing to the EF newsletter so I got a free Cupid kiss vibe instead. I really wanted that finger rabbit though. Lol. Oh well. I'll get it next time.
