I love that we have gift cards now. I can see the need for them to be sent out as physical cards if people want to give them to someone else. For people who get gift cards to use themselves, is there a way to credit our account or email the gift card number? I don't know why cards are always mailed. I don't know if this has been discussed or explained elsewhere, and it's not a problem per se, but I figure if EF can save on time/packaging and just send an email, why not?

I totally agree. I feel bad recycling all that paper that could have gone to someone else as a gift. I would love just an e-mail card.

I have to agree. It'd save on shipping for you guys, and people who want them could get them faster. Or, if you wanted to, do it like Amazon.com does, and they give gift card buyers three options:
1) Get the code right away through e-mail.
2) Be able to get the code and print it out on some pretty "paper" giftcards you can give to someone.
3) Have a nice, professional giftcard mailed to you.

I actually asked Carrie Ann about this like a week ago. It didn't occur to me to post about it here. I really need to get into the habit of doing that. lol I'm in agreement that virtual gift cards are a great idea. Thanks, Rockin', for getting this idea out there!
