I've had to return a couple because they haven't worked right. But Eden is amazing about it, so if you have something that's not working right, as long as it was purchased within the last 60 days, returning shouldn't be a problem!

I debated about returning a toy because the box it was in had been damaged and the toy was dusty and filthy. But after washing it off there wasn't anything else wrong with it, so I just made sure to clean it well before using,

Quite a few. I have bad luck with getting damaged toys.

A glass toy with a big crack in the centre. Another with gouges in the surfaces.

A silicone toy with something embedded in the material that poked my finger when pressed against it and a tear in the material not too far from that.

A vibrator that rattled.

Sometimes things get overlooked in quality control. It happens.

I've only had to return one toy to EF. I bought a vibrator that didn't function properly, so I sent it back. The return process was super easy, quick, and hassle free.

I had to return one once. It quit working within in the 60 day period, and they sent me a replacement. Was a quick, easy and painless process.

I've wanted to but mainly because it was a shitty design as opposed to being actually defective. One of those purchases EF discontinued the item, no doubt for the reason I mentioned. Maybe I should have complained and been a whiny jerk but it was only about fifty bucks that I wasted. Damn now that I think about it I am getting pissed off.
