Just out of curiousity:

On average, once you request a free product as an assignment to review, how long does that item take to be accepted by the administrators?

I ask because typically it's taken about 24 hours at most but this last time I tried it took 4 days to get my rejection for a piece that already was waiting for reviews from those who'd snatched it up sooner.

It's usually been within a day for me as well. It might be that the staff is getting overwhelmed, especially with all the lingerie now being available. Also, are you counting the weekend in those 4 days?

I requested something once and it took a few days to get a response and it came back rejected. I contacted the administrator like the email said I could do to get specific reasons why it was rejected. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong or didn't misunderstand the guidelines. The next day I got an email saying there was a mistake in the auto process and that they were approving me for the item. They also thanked me for alerting them and asking.
So, if it's an item you really want and the rejection isn't quite clear, shoot them an email and ask specifically why. Even if it is a no on the request, it's a good way to learn the system a little better.

Towards the end of the week I normally hear back within 24 hours or so, but at the beginning of the week it can sometimes take an extra day or two. Weekends don't count since there's usually nobody here creating assignments.

Usually about 2 business days, but I have gotten a response in several hours before!

I've found I usually get a reply between 11am-4pm. So if I submit a request at 8am, I'll find out later that day, but If it 6pm, I'll get a response the next day.
