How often to do find yourself returning a toy?

So far I've only ever returned one toy to Eden. But I've got a second I might send back too.

Even with pictures, measurements and reading reviews, some toys you just have to see and hold in your hand to truly understand just how large it is.

I'm hard pressed to return it just because it's so pretty. And since I used points I didn't loose money on it. But I also don't see the sense in keeping a toy I'm probably never going to use.

Either way, I'm taking a couple days to contemplate what to do with it. Thank goodness for EF's wonderful return policy.

It depends. I try not to return an item just because I didn't like it. I return things when they are defective or virtually unusable to me because of some unknown construction I didn't see.

Same here. As of yet I have not returned one but when/if I do it would be cuz it is broke or defective.

In the case of a toy being to large, I see it as an challenge to work up to. I've had Hoss for quite sometime and only succeeded twice to get it in. Most of the time it just sits in the box collecting dust, but it is fun to pull out now and then and freak out friends that come by.

I've returned toys that didn't work, had surface issues, and toys that were opened when they arrived. I've never returned a toy simply because I didn't like it or it was too large/small. I have done that with lingerie, but nothing else.

My first time will be tomorrow. I was 0 for 3. Our Picobong was too sharp, another toy didn't turn on, and one had a melting exterior.

I have only returned one product to Eden. It was received defective and not safe to use right out of the box. It was a fairly expensive item, so I needed to swap it for a new one. Eden made it good quick and easy. Excellent customer service!

I've never returned a toy, not a 100% sure I would unless it cost a lot or was really messed up when I got it.

I have returned several things because they came in an I realized it was WAY too big for me to use, it was defective or lingerie that didn't fit right.

Maybe three times in total. We'd never return a used toy though, it's always been because of a problem with the toy itself (not as described, different colour, etc)

I haven't returned one yet. I haven't had any problems with toys turning on, being shipped the wrong color or style, or anything like that. It's been all good! (Knock on wood!)

I have not had to return anything I have ordered from Eden and I have placed orders for more than 50 things

The only time I could see myself returning an item is if it is defective/broken. If it is item that I do not like I try to find another use for it or if it can be sterilized I pass it along to someone else.

I posted on the 23rd that I had never returned anything and since then I have had two vibes just not work at all. Would not turn on. One was battery powered and one was rechargeable. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything!

I wouldn't use a toy and return it unless it was defective in some way. I got a toy that was much bigger in person that what I thought it was but kept it. I may work my way up to it someday.

I returned one item of lingerie because it was the wrong size and another because it was damaged.

If you decide not to return it but don't want it, post it on EF classifieds. That way you could get a bit of your money back.
