Packaging change?

I recently bought Liberator's Silk Bondage Sashes as a gift and noticed that they did not arrive as described in the product description said it would with a sachet, guide and gift box. Has there been a packaging change since the product info was added to the catalog? I emailed Customer Service and was told that sometimes packaging is damaged in transit. I was sent the item in a triangular plastic casing of sorts with a product info sleeve of sorts as well, and just the silk sashes. My thinking is that maybe packaging has been completely changed since the product was added to the catalog. If that's so, maybe a product description change is in order? Has anyone else ordered the same thing and had the same packaging??
