Usually I'll just keep it in a wish list, but if it's something I really can't wait for I submit a support ticket.

Wishlist and "Other" - set an alert if it's something I'm really excited about.

I have it on my wishlist and then set an alert. Then the fun waiting game begins

I generally just set an alert, and hope that it'll be back in stock by the time I want to place my next order.

Yes, same here! I selected the "Stuff it in a wish list and wait til its back in stock" option.

I'm pretty new here but the things I've seen that I want out of stock I'll stick in my wishlist amd set an alert and hope what I want comes back in stock. It's worked once for me already.

I have an "Out of Stock" wishlist, mostly to make it easier to decide what to order without scrolling through a bunch of unavailable stuff. I go through it a couple of times a month to move things that are back in stock back to the appropriate wishlist, or delete anything discontinued. I just checked, and my out of stock list currently has 120 items!

I usually set an alert so I'll know when it's back in stock, too!

I set alerts for items that I really want to be back in stock. I usually have a back up so I just order something else and wait for that particular item to come back in. For example, I really wanted the Jopen Intensity but everytime I had enough to order it, it was out of stock so instead of waiting on it to come back in stock I ordered a few g-spot toys that I also wanted. Finally it came back in stock so I ordered it. Also happens with the Pure Wand, I've been wanting it, but everytime I get ready to make an order it's out of stock so I try something else in the meantime. I'm not the type of gal to wait on just one product and not try something else. I order other things that I find to be interesting and hopefully next time around, it will be in stock.

I usually just stick it in my wish list and/or set an alert and go about my merry way. I would have no problem sending in a support ticket if I had a burning desire for something, but usually I'm patient enough to wait or find something else that suits my needs.

if you REALLY want it, contact JR or one of the other Eden heads and/or submit a support ticket asking about it.

I didn't know we could submit support tickets about things like that. Now I know! I usually just wait for the e-mail alert to pop into my inbox then I go snatch it up. Waiting kills me!

Wishlist it, set an alert for when it comes back in stock, and go crazy waiting in the meantime depending on the product.

For one, it shouldn't go on sale if it's out of stock. If so, a Rain Check voucher should be automatically created and emailed.

It makes me a sadpanda. A lot of the items that I want.. they are currently out of stock. I personally contact customer service and ask when they are going to be restocked. They are really good at giving you a time-frame. I also set an alert so when it does come in stock, I can order it before it goes out of stock. I am now waiting for many of the Aslan products to come back in stock in the first week of May. Time to save up! xoxo

I check very frequently because EF is actually pretty good about restocking things. Although, one item I had been waiting foreeeeever (I'm talking months, here) to come back in stock until I finally got impatient and bought it elsewhere. Wouldn't you know, a month later it was back in stock and I already had the points saved up to buy it and everything! Other than that sad fluke, I just wait and keep checking.

I usually ticket it because I save up points for my wishlist items and I like to know how long I have and if I can slack off.

Tickets are rarely accurate, so the best thing to do is forget about it for the moment, and get it later.
