Yes, it is pubic dye. They come in all kinds of colors - natural colors, to more funky colors. They also have stencils and stuff. Betty Beauty website

I've tried Betty Dye before! lol. Back when I was dying my hair a new colour every month, I'd match my pubes to my head.

I actually did a series of blog posts last year on 'weirdest cooter products' lol Betty so made the list! I just don't like the way the manufacturer advertises it. They kind of give the impression that a natural vagina is not pretty and not enough. I mean goodness! For fun, sure! But I don't like that they try to sell products by making women feel they need extra or aren't enough.
