Expert Help

I'm not sure if there is a cookie that disables advanced reviewers from seeing when expert help is online or not, but it seems that no matter what time of day I check they are never online. Is this an old tool that just hasn't gotten taken down or something?

Has anyone noticed this? Or do you guys never need the expert help in the first place? (Although the forums tend to be pretty good and support tickets get answered fast, maybe I just like instant help)

I too have noticed that no one is ever on when I click it. I chalked it up to coincidence.

Right now it says Sammi and Customer service are offline. I don't know how it works though. Today also might be a bad day to be looking since a lot of people don't work today.

For the most part you can contact expert help via email/support tickets. (The "Leave a Message" option)

We used to have expert help online more often but it is simply not used often enough to really justify it.

(When I did it, personally, I got more people looking for bad cyber sex than legit quesitons)

I am not online for live chat, but I do get the email if someone clicks "Leave a Message" by my name.
