When a reply is posted, the person who is the intended receipient will not know of a response to a post. Can the replys be attached to an email?

Actually they can. It took me a while to figure it out, but right underneath the thread title, under set alerts, you can set it to get an email each time. It works great!

How about auto correction on spelling. My 'Y" sticks and is omitted sometimes in a word. I see many spelling errors in posts (probalbly people like me who "hunt and peck" the keyboard), not to say people don't know how to spell, but their message is sometimes not as clearly understood when it contains several errors.
This is like a notepad window, instead of a document window.
Maybe have an edit button which is always available for you to correct posts when you notice a mispelling.
Just a suggestion. I get a little embarrassed when I reread a post, and I see stupid errors which could have been prevented if I had proof read before posting.

Answering the phone. I have only had to call the 800 number 2 or 3 times, but no one ever answered and I never got a call back.

On the other hand, I've not had many problems with Support Ticket Responses. I make my Support Ticket requests short and to the point and I send a second one after 24 hours if I don't get a response.

Most browsers have spell check. I use Firefox and it spell checks for me. You can set up spell check from your browser. You can also edit after you post, as long as no one else has posted after you.

This. It took over a week to receive a response, even though I was sent an email as soon as I sent the support ticket saying I would get a response within 24 hours.
