Search by Material Rating?

As I was checking and unchecking material options and looking them up to remember the safety rating on a search last week the thought that it would be really awesome to just check a box for "Material safety rating of X or higher" and be done with it came over me. Since then the idea wouldn't leave me alone, so I have to subject you all to my silly ramblings.

Granted, I often feel quite spoiled with the browsing features here and use them as a resource if I can't find enough info about something elsewhere.

But it would make narrowing down by other features far simpler and faster. I can only imagine the trouble I would get into with all my options all neatly displays for me that easily...
Sex toys are more important than new work shoes, right?

Just a thought.

That's a pretty cool idea... It sure would beat checking and unchecking all those materials boxes!

I have also thought of this. I have a policy that I rule out materials that are 2 and below and will only consider anything 3 - 5 if it looks awesome shape/function-wise. Haha

What I do is click hypoallergenic, phthaltes-free, and nonporous --- these options will cancel out toys like cyberskin that happen to be phthalates-free but incredibly porous. It's a good method to the madness.

However, this is a much simpler idea, requiring less clicking that will achieve more results.

This would make it more simple.

Yes! This was one of my first thoughts when I came to this site. It made weeding through items with great ratings and good prices a little more difficult.

YES! I think this would be a great feature. There have been several times when I've been browsing the site, found a toy that looked awesome, and then been devastated to find out that it's made of things I want no where NEAR my body. It'd be great to save myself the disappointment.
