Hello, everyone:

I'm here to inform you all that contributor Charlotte7 aka SarahMarlatt aka Serafina Brightside has had her account suspended for one month as per the Expectations of Conduct.

She has abused the EdenPoints system, has repeatedly spammed the forum, has created multiple accounts while others were suspended, she has been flagged numerous times, has even abused the flags herself, and last but not least, we have received several complaints regarding her from the community.

Also, we suspect that she may have other aliases, but we have no proof just a strong suspicion. What we do know of her was enough to warrant this suspension. We gave her multiple opportunities to change her behavior, and we feel we've been more than generous with our patience.

We will gladly welcome her back if her behavior improves after the suspension, but if it does not, we will consider a more permanent solution.

Thank you all for alerting us to her behavior and for your patience and understanding while we followed our rules to the suspension.

Hmm now you have me curious if that it was her account that I saw some posts that seem a little weird. Thanks for the heads up.

I did not realize that she was three different people, I never even noticed any similarity.

I am thankful that it has been taken care of and realize that Eden staff have a tough job, especial when it comes to stuff like this.

Thank goodness. That sugar0ne is also floating around spamming on occasion, I wonder if that's her too. It's sad that people abuse something that is SO nicely given to us. Thank you for letting us know and working hard to fix it!

That's who I also thought she was. Maybe not. Or maybe that's another one of hers that hasn't been noticed yet. There was another one too I've been noticing that hasn't been mentioned, but I don't want to call someone out if they don't have anything to do with it.

But thanks Kristi and the rest of the Eden staff for your hard work! We wouldn't want to lose this great privelege that you give us, because of a few "bad eggs".

That's who I have a feeling is her as well. Hopefully a month will be enough to either have her find some other board to troll or realize that she has to treat the system right to be here. Thanks for being so on top of things guys!

Thanks, staff at EF! I knew that Charlotte7 was SarahMarlatt, but I didn't realize that she was also Serafina Brightside. Very glad to know this (apparently triple) issue has been addressed! Love, y'all!

Holy cow! I had no idea either!

I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision, but the rules here are pretty easy to follow. Then again, it's the internet, so we have to expect this sort of behavior and deal with it accordingly. Sounds like it's been taken care of, for now.

Nope, unfortunately, we just don't delete posts other than in rare occurrence where they are excessively inflammatory or link spam.

Still being a newbie here, it's very, very good to know that the forum has not always been flooded with asinine discussions that are posted one right after another. This will be a good thing because it makes the discussions with more educational or entertainment value much easier to find.

Hopefully that will set the example of how we feel about one rotten apple in our community. It'd be nice if you never had to do that again.

Of course, like a lot of people said, I saw another user name that seemed just as prolific as the one(s) you just suspended. They better get their act together and soon.

Me either. Maybe I came across but to be honest, unless I follow someone, I won't be able to recall without a memorable name and/or picture. Well, that sucks that this happened. But maybe she will change.
