I received the Bubbles silicone dildo in the mail today, and I was a little weirded out by the packaging. Everything else I've ordered came in actual plastic packing and all that, but this one came in a little cardboard gift box, not taped shut or anything, and there was just tissue paper inside with the dildo laying in the middle. No plastic or anything...which is cool and environmental and all, but I mean there was NO distinguishing marks that this came from a company. It looked like a friend had just mailed it to me from their house. Plus the dildo was all covered in dust and hair like it had been...used? Or...like...I sort of expected it to come sterile and all pristine and new looking like every other sex toy I've ordered. Lucky for me it's silicone so I just boiled the crap out of it to kill anything that may have been on it.

But WTF is up with the packaging? Is that Eden or is that the toy's maker?

That's definitely weird, I don't know why EF would package a toy like that unless it came like that (unless maybe the original packaging got destroyed in transit and it got repackaged?).

Dust, yeah maybe...but hair? Kind of creepy. Luckily it's silicone so you can boil it/bleach it and everything is a-okay but that would weird me out too.

I ordered a number of things recently. If memory serves I received one item (maybe more) and it was wrapped in plastic and scotch tape. I remember going "WTF" at the time. I actually think it was the book and not a big deal. I did think that it "looked" as if it wasn't quite legit, but I decided a more optimistic view was simply that Eden was taking extra care with packaging. For this item, it didn't make much difference.

No, it did not have fancy ribbon like that. Wish it had. And I read the review that Miss Cinnamon posted. There was nothing cute about this. This was just a box and crumpled tissue paper. And hair on a dildo is not cute. The dildo its self looked like it was lying on someone's couch and maybe they kept animals. I dont know guys, this didnt seem like cute and clever marketing to me...

My next review toy came in weird packaging - it's entirely in Japanese, all over the box, except where it proclaims "EGG!". Lol, I'd love to have it translated!

HAHAHA--I was recently assigned a toy (which I need to review, like, tonight) that had Engrish on the box. I laughed myself silly and showed it to all my friends.
