We do try to communicate clearly with our community members. That has been always the case, as we want to foster openness and tranparency.

Employment is a strong word to use, but we do offer some paid opportunities: writing, promotions, advice or consultation in lesser known product categories, etc. We've often put out an open call for writers on the site and even on Twitter.

Right now for example, we are trying to figure out how to bring *dudes* to the community (per your recent poll suggestion).
