One thing about anal sex is that it can damage your rectum, hemorrhoids, the lining and really screw with digestive issues. This is coming from someone who's had some horrendous digestive conditions. There's also tears anal fissures, which tears are and can lead to even bigger ones. So it is important to take note of what "side effects" you notice afterwards and if anal sex is causing you constipation, it'd be pretty wise to take that a little seriously, at least. I would at least slack off if that were happening.

it does hurt afterward but recently i bought numbing cream that u use b4 anal sex and it not only relieves some of the pain during but it reduces the time it hurts afterward as well

Proper preparation should result in no pain, no damage and no problems in most people. People who have had severe anal fissures in the past or had a 4th degree tear during childbirth may want to be careful and of course, stop if it hurts. Anyone should stop immediately if it hurts.
