According to my plug loving husband Stainless steel. The nJoys are the best. The curve arm is more comfortable. Weighted so you always notice it. Big big plus is they don't retain ordors

To my liking silicone is the best option. Another my favorite material is glass, but specifically for the anal play I prefer silicone toys because this material is more forgiving than glass. Besides, silicone is so soft, nice to the touch, and safe, which definitely is great!

I finally have been able to insert that large toy but then felt it trying to slip ALL the way in. So now it either isn't used at all or only with a lasso of some sort.

90% of my plugs are silicone. That is mainly due to the broad selection available. They are comfortable and come in varying densities, shapes and sizes. So I guess my favorite thing about silicone plugs is that there are so many designs, that they scratch my curiosity itch.

I love glass! It slides in effortlessly and doesn't absorb lube like my other plus so I can wear it long term. Plus, you can see through them!

As for plugs, we also prefer glass plugs and we use them often. However, my wife loves to switch to a vibrating plug in preparation for anal sex or PIV sex with the plug in. We even have a new one that thumps A magnet inside is pulse activated to cause an internal metal cylinder to move up and down the mechanism is surrounded by a plush silicone that makes it uber-comfortable(bliss )
