I may not be the best person to advise here - I'm sure our LGBTQ+ contributors would have a more experienced go at your answer - but I believe that nothing can "make" you other than what you already are. No amount of anal play will ever turn a straight man into a gay man. It can be possible that you are only just discovering and facing these feelings now although you've had them for a long time - maybe you're just curious, maybe there's more to it.
