We know a couple who are big time into anal play, and other things, but never, ever let that fact enter conversation with their marriage councilor, even though she asked a lot of questions about sex.

Is this true for most anal fans who enter counseling if they are asked about sexual matters?

I don't see why it is even valid information in a counseling scenario unless it is causing problems in a relationship.
