Less than once a week. I'm in a situation right now where we don't really have a place where we can have sex, but other than that, I'm under the impression that overdoing it can have some pretty painful consequences, so I try to limit myself.

We do it less than once a MONTH. I don't want to risk it getting loose and having "leakage" issues, if you know what I mean.

This is a total and complete myth, the rectum always returns to its "tightness" within a couple hours after anal sex. Please look this up on reputable medical sites if you dont believe me. This is baring in mind we are talking about a normal penis/fingers/toys entering you, fisting and giant dildos and bowling pins are another story...

Ive seen some girls put very large items inside their backdoors, and the butt is tight as ever the next day. Its really more about learning to relax the muscles in the butt, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with stretching or ripping or permeant altering anything. If this is occurring you are doing it wrong.
