Foods to aviod OR foods to enjoy before anal play?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
When I even THINK I may have some anal fun, I avoid any cauliflower, broccoli..etc, that whole day, for obvious reasons. I also skip my "everything" bagel and go with plain so there are no "seeds" to cause any painful residue. Meanwhile, potatoes (baked or mashed) seem to have little residual and so are great "day of" foods.

Anyone else have certain foods they either DO eat, or totally avoid when they have an idea anal adventure is in the offing soon?

I'm looking forward to hearing what people have to say. There are a ton of foods that give my wife gas - which means anal play is out. They include; almost all dairy products, any and legumes - and the cruciferous vegetables you mention.

Thanks for the advise on potatoes!

Excellent advice on the nixing of "everything" bagels - seeds can be pretty painful.

And now I totally want a baked potato, anal adventures in the works or not!

Besides the things you and Bignuf have mentioned, mushrooms (especially when eaten raw and hard to digest) also produce obnoxious intestinal gas.

I get gassy easily like your wife, makes me wonder whether it's an age thing, happening to women around their perimenopausal stage?
