There is a whole genre of adult videos dedicated to "gape", where they film as big a relaxed anal opening as can be achieved with penis or toy insertion. YEEESSS!!!! Its so hot to me. I'm not sure why though? I heard it straight from one of the industry insiders herself, those women you see in porn that have huge anal gapes are on muscle relaxers and have been sitting on butt plugs for hours before their scene! Swear on my grandmother's eyes!


It's not something I'm into and I'd seriously be concerned about possible damage to the muscles over time.

it is possible to gape without muscle relaxers, and I know quite a bit about this and I can assure you MOST porn stars do not take muscle relaxers to do this, only in some of the most extreme cases (ie double anal fisting). It takes some serious anal sex to do it right. It also depends a bit on the persons anatomy just how wide the hole will get, but ANYONE can gape. Yay!

The use of things bigger than the average mans penis maybe called for. Putting medium and large butt plugs in for a while is good warm up (15mins+ for each size) and inflatable dildos/plugs work nice as well

Also this is a the biggest hint to a nice gape and what porn stars do before scenes and during scenes: Start by spreading your ass cheeks open with your hands to pull you're butt-hole "tight" and having a partner or friendly neighbor use a good sized dildo or their cock to go in and out repeatedly in shallow motions-- this tends to help the sphincter muscle relax and open up the asshole. It can cause air to enter the butt and make for some air farts, but a small price to pay for a nice gaped hole. I would suggest a couple small enemas/butt fingering in the shower before attempting any of this.

1. NO muscle relaxers, drugs or even alcohol used. 2. I am TIGHT AS A TICK back there, despite YEARS of anal play, and truth be told, that "gape" didn't stay that way long....still tight as a tick. Sorry. Just fact.

The muscle relaxants used that ONE time, probably what allowed it to happen, were legit and for a medical issue (for which I ended up having to have rotator cuff repair!!!!)

NOT something I would do for just "sexual" fun.

The story of muscle relaxants is not true. I can gape pretty easy without it, it's just learning to relax your ass. So when you pull the toy out of your ass, stay relaxed and try to avoid closing your anal sphincters where you really have the feeling of being in control of your anal sphincters. A little bit of pushing the toy out can help (but not too hard, just a tiny tiny bit). And of course when you try larger toys/plugs, the muscles in your butthole are more relaxed so more success for an anal gape.

I personally love it, the feeling of a fully relaxed and dilated butthole.
