OOOOhhh no, BE CAREFUL. Those ARE NOT anal safe, there's no base, you could VERY easily lose those if you don't hold onto the loop! I'm sure they feel great and there's no reason you can't use them anally at all, just make sure you never let go of the loop, maybe tie it to something that'll create a base if you're going to walk around with them in!

I go for small toys, with anal safe bases or pull handles/rings. These totally don't fit my idea of an anal toy. Careful there.

I Guess I need to clarify how to use it. One in and one out. This is totally safe and does not move. Do not put the whole thing in your bum, that is not a safe.
