Ive had one in for a few hours before but i think the one i have is to stiff. Id like to get a better quality or maybe i should go a little smaller. im not really sure .

I fell asleep with the Love Pacifier Advanced. Don't recommend. During the night my arse contracted around the thin neck and getting the toy out was torturous. I didn't damage anything but I got dizzy and had to sit down because of the shock I got when it popped out.

Most of the time it does not stay long, I use them to warm up for bigger toys. I have worn them for two or three hours before like when doing the lawn or yard work.

A short time if it is part of sex play, as HE usually will replace it with something a bit more personal....HIMSELF, after a while. IF that ever happens, get a LIQUID SILICONE LUBE. Lay on your tummy and either squirt it, or have your lover squirt it around the base. The liquid is SO thin it will drip and flow between your anal sphincter and the toy. Then, still in that position, after a few minutes, pull the toy up a fraction of an inch..NOT trying to dislodge it. Put a THICK anal lube where the skin meets the toy and then PUSH the toy back in. Do this three or four times and the neck of the toy will end up being lubed enough to usually come right out without more difficulties. I know...I been there. Hubby used his engineering skills to make it pop out without pain or issue...after about fifteen patient minutes of lube and move application.

If I am going to "keep it in", it must have a narrow neck, a small enough base to be safe but comfortable when walking or sitting and above all, be THIN and FLEXIBLE.
Half the size of one I would use when having sex play.

1 hour on average, but sometimes 2-4 hours depending what im doing. Havent tried all night as i'm sure like most people i pass gas in my sleep. Can only see it popping out overnight.

I try to keep it in as long as I can so long as I have time to do so. 1 hour is the longest Ive kept it in but mostly it's just about a half hour. I would love to try doing an all day plug and/or try sleeping with one in.

While I have kept one in overnight before, it caused my sleep to be broken... Now, I usually use it for anywhere from one hour to eight or more. It depends on the plug, of course. Super comfy Njoy plugs are easy to leave in. Bigger ones like the A Bomb get uncomfortable more quickly for me.
