I'm looking for a plug which I can use while having sex. I've looked some up and read reviews but I'm not that experienced. I've played with the lil end and also tried out the mood large butt plug but that attempt was somewhat unsuccessful.

I guess what I'm looking for is something that has a different type of handle/bottom because I'm not sure my guy would be able to get in vaginally while I'm comfortable. Also something more in a medium range perhaps?

The nJoy plugs are good during sex since the handle is small. They come in small, medium, and large. Not sure what you define as "medium," so go check the sizes and see which appeals to you.

Pure Plug Medium feels great and stays in while staying out of the way. I've also heard good things about the Tantus Ryder.

Another vote for the Pure Plugs. They are great, and they don't get in the way of sex. Medium is a good size for me but you might want to look at the measurements to see which size you prefer.

I'd generally suggest the Love Pacifier advanced as the first choice. It is silicone, has a very narrow neck and stays put. The length of the bulb is not to long so it might address the your concerns about comfort. The other choice, and I'd really buy them together is of course the Ryder, universal as a warm up before anal play, stays put during intercourse, the material and size are absolutely comfortable too.
