my husband, and i have been experimenting with some anal stimulation over the last few months. i have been using a vibrator on him, and he has really started to enjoy it. last night he expressed interest in pegging, and i told him i'd be open to the idea, we just need to find the right equiptment.

does anyone have suggestions on harnesses and toys?

#1 suggestion is get them separately. You have a much wider menu if you do.

#2 suggestion: Cheap harnesses don't work well and can turn one or both of you off. If he's not sure he'll like it start with the dildo part held in your hand and thrusted. If he still likes it then get a nice harness.

#3 suggestion: Get silicone. Always.

More specifics: Great harnesses are made by SpareParts and Aslan. Sportsheets makes good harnesses, but they can be a bit rougher (they're nylon webbing for the most part). Get a two strap - you can set all the straps and then loosen one side to get in or out.

Dildos: For a first dildo look for one in silicone with a curve and a smooth finish. Mount the dildo in the harness so the curve will bend towards his front and stimulate his prostate. Get one with approximately 1.5" diameter and 5"+ insertable so it won't bend or pop out too easily.

For your stimulation: Doubles can be fun, but they add another thing to mess with and worry about, so it's probably best to wait on the double (though the Share, Love Rider and Vixen Nexus can be fun). You can slip a vibe in the harness or use a plug/dildo along with the Aslan Double-Up Cuff for some more stimulation on your end. Some harnesses (such as the Jaguar) allow you to mount a dildo for you without needing the Double-Up. In any case, wear the dildo harness a bit lower so the stimulation from the base of the dildo is closer to your clit, but the base is still high enough to be stable.
