Agreed, "Milking" to me only refers to massaging the prostate to release stagnant fluid from the gland. Stimulation (including massaging) of the gland leads to O's (Of one form or another).

Seems like some guys can have the Super O's, some blended O's, some just get anal O's and some can even get an O without ejaculation. As with most things, we are all different.
