Our most unique and awesome rotating dildo is Sensualist - I would even say it's more of a dancing dildo because its patterns are crazy. I'm sure it would feel nice up the butt, however, it's on the girthier side, so it would take a lot of warm-up. Maybe try something like the B-vibe or pearl charmer? While it isn’t a dildo but rather a butt plug, it does have “rimming beads.” Supposedly it feels pretty close to the real thing. The full size rimming plug is pretty large. My husband wants one really badly, especially because I can control it by remote

I have the B Vibe and the rimmers models of butt plugs I use them all the time I just thought it would feel really good and different to have one swirling around my butthole

you don't actually have to penetrate in the a-hole. You can just let it rotate the outside area it will feel very good. Maybe you can have an orgasm depending on the individual.
