Masturbation, usually. I can stretch a session out over an hour and build up to something amazing, whereas when I'm with my guy the sex is great but I rarely orgasm. I need very particular stimulation that I can't always get with a partner, and so it's more often a bit stressful thinking about if I can get myself to get off at all with a partner, let alone mind-blowingly.
