Sometimes after sexual activity in general I'll have muscle soreness. In my legs, my butt, and sometimes other muscles too depending on the position and how long the session went. It's good exercise! Feel the burn.

I've actually gotten cramps during my orgasm! I wouldn't recommend it, it kinda ruins the moment.
